Your Instructor
Dr Daniel Sokol, PhD, is a barrister specialising in higher education law and the Founder of Alpha Academic Appeals. He is a former University lecturer and an accredited mediator. He has published widely on the subject of academic appeals and appeared as an expert on BBC Two's 2019 documentary 'The Warwick University Rape Chat Scandal'.
He has provided training to Student Union advisers and university staff and lectured on university appeals at national conferences and to the Education Law Association.
